Taking place on Sunday 12th August 2018 from 3pm, this wonderful summer event features our annual butterfly release in remembrance of our loved ones.
Held in the Hospice grounds, we enjoy live music, tea and refreshments as well as stalls from local exhibitors. The butterfly release is a fantastic way to lend our thoughts to those we hold dear who are no longer with us.
Butterflies can be purchased for £12 each and will be available to pick up during the event in time for the butterfly release.
Purchase your butterfly online at eventbrite.co.uk/e/tea-at-three-2018-tickets-47299882221
Alternatively you can purchase your butterfly by completing a registration form (available from the fundraising team on 01928 712 728 or [email protected]
The butterfly release will take place during Tea at Three at an expected time of approximately 4.30pm. It will be preceded by a performance of Gareth Heesom’s stunning song, A Million Butterflies, which was written about our butterfly release.
Tea at Three will continue to play host to a selection of music, including live performances from local bands and musician Gareth Heesom playing his incredible charity single A Million Butterflies which was inspired by the butterfly release at Tea at Three.
Details of any further entertainments (for example, fire engine, owls or bouncy castles) will be confirmed here or on haltonhaven.org.uk/tea-three
in due course.
You can expect a range of stalls on the day, with products created by our Men’s Shed, raffles, cakes, pet items, Hospice merchandise and carefully selected items from our high street shops.
You will be able to purchase tea, coffee, squash, sweets, chocolate and other refreshments on the day.
Tea at Three takes place outdoors within the Halton Haven Hospice grounds. The Hospice is located on Barnfield Avenue, Murdishaw, Runcorn, WA7 6EP.
There is no parking available on site for Tea at Three. Please park at Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy and Brookvale Leisure Centre, roughly 100 yards away from the Hospice on Barnfield Avenue.
There will be space to pull up to the entrance of the Hospice to drop people off.
Tea at Three will be open to the public from 3pm. The butterfly release is expected to take place at approximately 4.30pm but an exact time cannot be guaranteed.
We expect Tea at Three will go ahead regardless of weather conditions. As an outdoor event, there will be little to no shelter available on the day so please dress and prepare for the weather conditions on the day.
